Step 6: Select the countries where you want you email to be sent, (alternatively tick "All Members").

Step 7: Enter the Subject and Message of your e-mail, Eg.
  Subject: Tickets wanted for Wimbledon Tennis Finals
  Message: 4 Tickets wanted for Wimbledon Tennis Finals, price negotiable.

Step 8: Your e-mail will then be sent to all members for the countries you have selected. Any replies will come directly back to your e-mail address.
